Inside the chain directory cclm-sp/chain, you will find a number of files and directories:

• arch/
  Directory for archived simulation output.
• gcm_to_cclm/
  Directory where you run a downscaling simulation with GCM data as forcing.
• cclm_to_cclm/
  Directory where you run a nested simulation with CCLM data as forcing.
• scratch/
  Directory where data for input and output of the chain scripts are temporally stored.
• work/
  Directory where you find the log files of your simulation, joboutputs, restart files and simulation output of the post-processing job.
